2. How to Move The Chains + The Power of "Check Yes or No"

Blame it all on my roots.

I'm showing up in boots.

And ditching the Garth Brooks...

To channel man, the myth, the legend...George Strait!

If you're not a country music fan, George Strait is the man who wrote and performed the smash hit "Check yes or No?"

It's about some school-boy crush and little note in class that said "Do you love me? Check yes or no"

We're not talking about grade-school crushes or passing notes today.

But there is beauty in the lack of options in that note.

It's binary. It's A or B - and there is no wiggle room.

Either you do, or you don't. There is no maybe.

Check Yes or No

We make things too complicated.

Make it binary whenever possible. Black or white. 0 or 1. Pass or Fail.

This removes the wiggle room and forces you to realize that we either get results or we have excuses.

You can have RESULTS, or excuses - NOT BOTH.

On your calendar, or in our daily Facebook group check-in - wherever will work best for YOU - make every day with a simple Y or N. (Yes or No)

At the end of the day, are you closer to making your goal/dream a reality? No grey areas - either you are or you aren't.

Did you move the chains today? Check yes or no.
